Job summary
Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Croydon is seeking an Electrical Support Engineer to join a globally recognised engineering manufacturer. You will provide technical support for electrical products, diagnose faults, and assist field service engineers and customers with enquiries.
The role includes producing technical documentation and collaborating with engineering, service and project teams to deliver solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Electrical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills in electrical systems.
- Experience supporting industrial electrical equipment or systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant electrical engineering qualification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for electrical engineering products and systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex electrical faults.
- Supporting field service engineers and customers with technical enquiries.
- Producing technical documentation and reports.
- Working closely with engineering, service and project teams.
- Delivering technical solutions and continuous product improvements.
