In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support and manage customer queries, being the first point of contact for their clients to resolve technical issues. There are also opportunities to develop and progress into senior positions within the company.

This role would suit a Technical Support Engineer or an Engineer looking to move away from the tools, interested in a varied role within a large company with global travel opportunities.

The Role:

• Provide technical support by working alongside the Sales Team as the first point of contact for customer claims/queries.
• Provide clarifications of technical questions and recommend improvements.
• Hours - Monday to Friday - Flexible hours with options between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm.
• All-expenses-covered global travel.

The Candidate:

• BEng in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
