Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing technical support and advice on electrical systems operation and maintenance, including risk management input.
  2. Supporting high voltage or complex low voltage asset upgrade schemes and managing capital programs.
  3. Investigating electrical system failures or unsafe events and producing reports.
  4. Managing maintenance reports, asset registers, manuals, and technical information.
  5. Conducting asset assessment surveys and supporting site inspections with recommendations and solutions.
  6. Coaching and mentoring colleagues for Authorised Person appointments and technical development.
  7. Reviewing risk assessments and safety procedures to ensure electrical safety compliance.
  8. Participating in out-of-hours support systems for electrical networks, with appointment as an Authorised Person through a development plan.
