We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst to join a well-established global London Market Insurance Company.
Working within a small and collaborative UK team, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting environments with Microsoft, Insurance, and Azure Services. Responsibilities include providing support from VIP and executive support to AV support for Microsoft conference rooms.
This role offers an annual salary up to £65,000, 25 days of core annual leave (with the option to buy up to 5 additional days), pension contributions up to 14%, private medical and dental cover for employees and dependents, and additional benefits such as a Flex Fund (£1,000), Electric Car Scheme, Study Support, Season Ticket Loan, and volunteering days.
