Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support the Sales team across Rail Infrastructure, Rail Rolling Stock, Tunnel and Airport markets. You will tailor solutions to customer requirements, coordinate with Bid and Product teams, and help prepare accurate quotations and commercial documentation.

You will travel within the UK and globally, with a focus on delivering technically viable and profitable audio security solutions that meet customer needs and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in technical support / bid support.
• Experience in design, estimating and bid management of system-based projects.
• Knowledge of PAVA systems design and implementation on major international projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical solution expert for the Sales team and customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management to keep information up to date.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and system proposals for bids.
