Job summary

Fruition Group invites you to grow into a senior technical leadership position building a ledger-based post-trade platform for regulated financial markets. You'll begin hands-on as a senior engineer and progressively own system design, technical direction, and solution architecture.

You'll influence architecture decisions in a small, high-calibre team with exposure to modern market infrastructure and product priorities. Expect rapid learning across technology, regulation, and market structure.

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure distributed systems for regulated environments.
• Hands-on with distributed ledgers and/or blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with tokenisation and digital asset concepts.
• Understanding of post-trade processes and settlement mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable distributed systems for regulated environments.
• Define and evolve system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Apply sound software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Contribute to decisions on ledger and smart contract design.
• Build in auditability, resilience, and operational robustness from the outset.
