Fruition Group’s client is a growing financial technology business developing software solutions for organisations operating in complex financial environments. They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to play a key role in developing and evolving their SaaS platform.

You will work across existing platform development, new product functionality and client implementations, with the opportunity to have a genuine impact within a growing

Qualifications

• Strong commercial Java development experience.
• 7+ years' experience, ideally within financial services or a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and API development/integration.
• Experience with automated testing and TDD.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java applications and APIs.
• Deliver new functionality driven by client and product requirements.
• Enhance and improve existing systems and platform capabilities.
• Integrate with third-party systems and services.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and collaborate with other engineers.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Use modern development tools, including AI, throughout the SDLC.
