Job summary

Peaple Talent is hiring a Technical Solutions Architect in Bristol with a hybrid working pattern. You will design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Power Automate and Windows 365, and lead architecture and governance decisions.

You will drive cloud security, identity management and Zero Trust, while guiding enterprise migrations and cost optimisation across the M365 stack. This role centers on strategic delivery and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions within large, complex organisations.
• Skilled at engaging stakeholders, influencing senior leaders and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience defining governance models for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
• Experience developing cloud security, governance and risk management frameworks aligned to ISO 27001 and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Power Automate and Windows 365.

• Lead modern workplace migrations, including Windows 11 rollouts and transitioning from Group Policy to Intune management.
• Improve reliability, security and cost efficiency across the M365 environment through operational best practice, licensing optimisation and stakeholder guidance.

The Role:
