Job summary

A-SAFE UK in Halifax/Elland is seeking a Technical Services Quoting Co-ordinator to translate site requirements into accurate quotations and installation documentation. You will work closely with Sales, Technical Services and Installation teams to tailor safety solutions from enquiry through to implementation.

This role rewards detailed, structured work, accuracy and collaboration as you produce high-quality outputs and support compliant workplace safety projects.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience using CAD software to produce drawings/overlays.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Create accurate quotations, technical drawings and documentation.
Interpret site surveys and drawings to develop compliant solutions.
Collaborate with Internal Sales, Area Sales Managers and stakeholders.
Maintain records in CRM and business systems for visibility.
Manage multiple quotation requests within service levels and deadlines.
Support continuous improvement of documentation and processes.
Coordinate with Technical Services and Installation teams to achieve best outcomes.
