Construction Industry MEP Technical Services Managers

2025 has started off very well at Aura Technical Services with a record number of enquiries and sales in the first week of January. We are looking to expand our team.

We are a dynamic company working on some of the largest and most complex projects in the country, serving Blue Chip clients.

All roles are based in the North West of England.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions, subject to experience and qualifications:

• Assistant Technical Services Manager (ATSM)
• Technical Services Manager (TSM)
• Senior Technical Services Manager (STSM)

The successful candidate must have an engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) and experience in the construction industry.

The position is based in the North West, but travel to sites and client premises will be required, primarily within the North West.

Typical duties include:

• Site support and managing installations
• Running weekly M&E meetings
• Checking site compliance
• Managing commissioning
• Reviewing subcontractor quotations

Salary and package are negotiable and will be discussed during the first interview.
