Our client is one of the largest commercial property and real estate organisations across the UK and Europe, offering consultancy and M&E services in the commercial sector. They are seeking an electrically-biased M&E Technical Services / Engineering Manager to oversee various contracts in Central & Greater London, including commercial offices, event spaces, and museums. The role involves collaborating with site engineering teams to deliver training, conduct AP assessments, and manage HV shutdowns and switching for critical works and projects.
Candidates must be fully qualified in electrical engineering, preferably through a full apprenticeship, with a strong background in HV distribution. Ideally, candidates will be current or former Senior Authorised Persons (SAP) for 11kv Distribution. At minimum, candidates should hold HV AP / AP 15 status with experience in site shutdowns, switching schedules, permits, and contractor coordination.
