With a client-first approach and a portfolio rich in repeat business and referrals, they are looking to expand their London team with a skilled Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP delivery across landmark fit-out schemes.

The Role:

You will take the technical lead on projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring high standards across all MEP services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading MEP coordination from design through to commissioning
• Representing MEP interests at client and design team meetings
• Overseeing technical submittals, drawings, and O&M documentation
• Collaborating with project leads and planners to drive programme delivery
• Managing the MEP RFI process and liaising with site teams
• Supporting pre-construction, reviewing tender returns, and contributing to technical submissions

About You:

• A solid background in building services (mechanical or electrical) and a clear understanding of both disciplines
• Experience with a main contractor or services subcontractor in the fit-out or refurbishment sector
• A detail-oriented mindset and confidence working across both delivery and pre-construction
