Diverse Commercial Solutions, a long-standing facilities management provider in South Wales and the South West, seeks a Technical Services Manager with a strong hands-on background in HVAC and electrical/building services. Lead delivery of maintenance contracts, develop opportunities and manage teams and client relationships.

You will review reports, quotations and mobilise new contracts while ensuring health and safety and profitability across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC, electrical and building services knowledge required.
• Experience managing technical maintenance contracts and teams.
• Ability to interpret technical reports and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for HVAC, electrical and PPM contract delivery.
• Manage PPM schedules, safety, timelines and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, coordinators and subcontractors.
