Sika is seeking a Technical Services Apprentice in Preston to join the Building Envelope Technical Services team. This office-based role supports the high-performing team by handling enquiries, routing them to the right staff and helping ensure timely, accurate responses.

As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience with roofing systems, develop practical skills, and work toward an NVQ Level 3 qualification with strong education and workplace learning support.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails, routing to the correct staff and gathering additional data.

Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This office-based role is all about supporting the high-performing Building Envelope Technical Team.

You will manage incoming enquiries to ensure they reach the required member of staff, collecting additional information where possible to ensure resolutions are achieved accurately and as efficiently as possible to maintain the high customer service levels provided by Sika.

You will be exposed to live projects and engage in technically driven specification tasks, ensuring the team can meet deadlines and provide an excellent customer experience to both contractors and clients.
