We're looking to expand our SEO team as we experience record breaking growth.

Salary: £26k – £30k per year (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time

Holidays: 38 Days (Including UK bank holidays)

Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working (after probation), Flexible Working Hours (after probation)

Experience: Minimum 2 years Technical SEO experience working in an in-house or agency role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver SEO strategies for a wide range of clients.
2. Conduct audits to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities.
3. Provide detailed actionable recommendations to clients and web development teams.
4. Conduct keyword research and keyword assignment tasks.
5. Use keyword research and analysis to guide content strategies.
6. Utilise tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio and other platforms to monitor site performance.
7. Produce reports on rankings, traffic trends, and technical improvements.
8. Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO changes.
9. Perform competitor analysis tasks to identify technical strategies and opportunities in the market.
10. Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithms and SEO tools and techniques.

Skills:

1. 2+ years Technical SEO experience working in an in-house or agency role.
2. Proven experience of improving client’s rankings on search engines for commercial keywords.
3. Strong knowledge of Technical SEO.
4. Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms.
5. Experience improving on-page and off-page SEO.
6. Experienced with industry-relevant SEO tools (such as Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs etc.).
7. Some knowledge of HTML code (ability to read key elements within the source code).
8. Proficient in WordPress (creating/updating pages and making minor tech changes).
9. Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs and Slides).
10. Excellent ability to build comprehensive spreadsheets and manage large data sets.
