Job summary

Futures has partnered with a major consultancy delivering a large-scale technology transformation programme supporting policing and law enforcement capabilities. We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cloud-native applications, Java/Spring Boot microservices and AWS within a highly secure engineering environment.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, review designs, drive CI/CD and DevSecOps, and mentor developers and testers while upholding engineering

Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master with 5+ years in technical environments.
• Strong hands-on Java/Spring Boot and AWS experience.
• Experience leading Agile delivery for cloud-native apps and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Review and challenge code, designs and engineering decisions.
• Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing and AWS best practice.
• Lead developers and testers and improve engineering standards.
• Support production issues and root cause analysis.
