The Company: Technical Sales Support Engineer

Now looking to strengthen the internal technical support team with the recruitment of a high-calibre Technical Sales Support Engineer. The Role of the Technical Sales Support Engineer:

1. Providing application support on either mechanical or electrical applications.
2. Providing industry-leading support to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Working on a project basis, prioritising and managing multiple projects.
4. Providing excellent customer service via email, Teams, and occasionally on-site with customers.

The Ideal Person for the Technical Sales Support Engineer:

• Strong engineering experience - 5 years+
• Excellent technical background with either mechanical or electrical experience.
• Experience with motors, actuators, fluid power, PLCs, I/O devices is a big plus.
• Experience at a machine builder or systems integrator preferred.
• Must have a hands-on approach.
• Able to work in a large, supportive team.
• Strong IT skills.
• Willing to be customer-facing on occasions.
