Job summary

Strategic Recruitment Partners Limited seeks a Technical Sales Executive to drive growth in the South UK, working from home and managing key accounts across the UK and Europe for the CCM business unit.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will plan and carry out direct sales activities, prepare quotes and sampling, travel to sites, attend trade shows and coordinate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer support and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Ideally, extensive knowledge of composite materials and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in IT.
• Self-disciplined with a strong desire to achieve.
• Proven commercial instinct and ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to function both as an individual and part of a team.
• Clean driving license.

• Preparation of quotes / sampling and subsequently follow ups.
• Liaise with various manufacturing units within the UK and Europe.
• Attendance at appropriate trade shows and presentations.
• Overseas visits to various sites within the UK and Europe.
• Liaise with our internal sales support team to ensure customer support is maintained at the highest level.

Technical Sales Executive - South UK - Home based

Company Overview

Our customer is a leading supplier of high-performance composite materials into the UK and Irish markets, including markets but not limited to, automotive, defense and marine.

Role

They are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive to complement their existing sales operation. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will plan and carry out direct sales activity to support current customers and actively seek out new potential customers for the Composite Materials (CCM) business unit.

Responsibilities

• To manage and develop new and current accounts - gaining approval for my clients products.
• Preparation of quotes / sampling and subsequently follow ups.
• Liaise with various manufacturing units within the UK and Europe.
• Attendance at appropriate trade shows and presentations.
• Overseas visits to various sites within the UK and Europe.
• Liaise with our internal sales support team to ensure customer support is maintained at the highest level.
