Job summary

Pedrollo Distribution Ltd, based at our Lichfield premises, seeks a motivated Technical Sales & Support candidate to join a well-established global leader in pumps, pump systems and water treatment products. You will be at the centre of day-to-day operations, supporting growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle sales and technical enquiries, quotations, orders and customer records, advising on product options and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal technical sales or trade counter sales within engineering, construction, or related industries.
• Knowledge of pumps, water boosting systems or water treatment products is advantageous but not essential.
• Full product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for sales and technical enquiries via phone, email, and website.
• Provide sales administration support including quotations, orders, and maintaining customer records.
• Advise customers on product selection, specifications, availability and delivery options.
• Manage general customer enquiries and deliver prompt, effective solutions.
• Proactively contact lapsed accounts to re-establish relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
