Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a well-established engineering business in Swindon to recruit a Technical Sales & Development Engineer. This office-based role includes hands-on testing, CAD work, data analysis and close collaboration with the MD and engineering team.

You will gain extensive product knowledge, support product development and progress within a growing technical function, with occasional international travel and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Electrical Engineering or Physics (or similar).
• Good communication with customers and colleagues.
• Able to travel occasionally and drive to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Support product development and engineering improvement.
• Carry out hands-on testing and diagnostics using test equipment and data analysis.
• Create CAD drawings and technical documentation for new and existing products.
• Develop deep product knowledge while working with the MD and engineering team.
