Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical sales with an understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to work within a small team and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
• Knowledge of Powertrain and remanufactured products would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Identify products using in-house search tools
• Provide accurate quotations while managing margin expectations
• Process purchase orders within our ERP system
• Oversee order progress, ensuring timely delivery and customer updates
• Manage deposit returns and refunds
