Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales serving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Identify products using in-house search tools.
• Provide accurate quotations while managing margin expectations.
• Process purchase orders within the ERP system.
• Oversee order progress and inform customers on delivery.
• Manage deposit returns and refunds.
