Job summary

Sika in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Manager to drive growth in the Engineered Refurbishment portfolio. You will build relationships with contractors, consultants, asset owners and authorities, and identify project opportunities across infrastructure and refurbishment markets.

Working with senior sales and technical colleagues, you will develop specification-led solutions and support customers from initial contact to project delivery.

• Commercial awareness and an interest in construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities and asset owners across your territory.
• Learn how to identify, qualify and convert project opportunities through specification and commercial engagement.
• Build expertise across concrete repair, grouting, anchoring, waterproofing and protective coating systems.
• Work alongside experienced sales and technical professionals on major infrastructure and refurbishment projects.
• Gain exposure to strategic sales planning, customer development and project management within a market-leading business.
