Sika is seeking a proactive Sales professional to drive growth in the Engineered Refurbishment portfolio from Birmingham, collaborating with engineers, specifiers and authorities. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and provide technically-led solutions for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• A passion for building relationships and developing a career in sales.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, local authorities and asset owners across your territory.
• Learn how to identify, qualify and convert project opportunities through specification and commercial engagement.
• Build expertise across concrete repair, grouting, anchoring, waterproofing and protective coating systems.
• Work alongside experienced sales and technical professionals on major infrastructure and refurbishment projects.
• Gain exposure to strategic sales planning, customer development and project management within a market-leading business.
