Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor for its Dartford Service Branch. The role covers Kent, Essex and London, identifying opportunities for minor lift repairs and equipment enhancements. You will receive full technical sales training and the chance to build a long-term commercial career.

Working hours are Mon-Thu 09:00–17:15 and Fri 09:00–16:15. The package includes a car allowance, salary plus quarterly profit share, and a supportive onboarding team.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Grade C or above required.
• Lift industry experience preferred.
• Experience in some kind of sales role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using Excel.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
• Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, while demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and occasional travel within the service area.
