Our client operates across the globe, with this opportunity focusing on their UK subsidiary, which oversees key operations in the Southern North Sea. This is your chance to contribute to high-impact offshore and onshore projects, ensuring technical safety compliance and innovation at every stage.
The Role
As Technical Safety Engineer, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting the safe and efficient operation of offshore assets. Working within the QSHE team, you’ll be the go-to expert for safety engineering, offering in-house guidance and driving compliance with UK legislation and industry best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and support a wide range of safety engineering activities, including:
What We’re Looking For
A strong technical background – Degree in Process Safety, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Software skills – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTie XP, FLARESIM
Great communicator – Able to clearly present technical findings and liaise effectively with senior stakeholders and regulators
Organised & analytical – You thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities with ease, and are confident in your technical judgement
