About your role:

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, ensuring our customers receive help when needed. You will be key to delivering British Gas's Service Promise of same-day fixes.

Base salary is £43,733 with uncapped OTE — £50,400 is a realistic target through our excellent field reward scheme.

Customer support is our priority. Whether performing an annual service or resolving complex breakdowns, you will represent British Gas in customers’ homes. We offer strong support from managers, mentors, and colleagues, but experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential due to job challenges.

What we’re looking for:

• A dedicated focus on delivering outstanding customer experience on every visit
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• At least 3 years of fault-finding and diagnosis experience
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault-finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
