Job summary

Almac Group in Craigavon is offering a 12‑month placement in the Technical Quality team from July 2027 to July 2028. 37.5 hours per week in a highly regulated pharma environment, supporting equipment, facilities, utilities and software validation activities.

You will prepare design documents, validation plans and reports, assess systems against regulatory standards and help with remediation actions. Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and academic study in science/engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Organised and accurate with ability to manage several tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced environments (part-time work or work experience)
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project design documents, validation plans, risk assessments, protocols and reports
• Support validation activities for equipment, facilities, utilities and software systems
• Collate and analyse process validation data and assist with testing
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate with project teams to keep validation on track
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, clients and external validation resources
