Job summary

CBSbutler seeks a Technical Proposal Engineer for a leading propulsion-focused organisation. The role bridges engineering, project planning and commercial strategy, offering the chance to influence bids and how programmes are delivered.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to shape and cost new product development programmes, interpret customer requirements, contribute to technical proposals and help define future project delivery while engaging stakeholders to secure bids.

Qualifications

• Experience within product development, NPI, systems, projects or engineering programmes.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into structured plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in how engineering programmes are won and delivered.
• Experience creating bids or proposals would be beneficial; full training provided.

We're supporting a highly innovative engineering organisation operating at the forefront of advanced propulsion technology, and they're looking for a Technical Proposal Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering, project planning and commercial strategy. What we're looking for: Technical Proposal Engineer

Experience creating bids or proposals would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Full training will be provided for the right individual.
