Job summary

Empresaria UK Ltd is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager in the South West UK on a hybrid basis to drive the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary programmes across engineering, software, systems, testing and operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks and budgets, and reinforce governance and reporting while promoting agile practices in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex engineering, aerospace, defence, maritime or other highly regulated programmes.
• Strong programme, project or delivery management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing programme risks, schedules, budgets and dependencies.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and associated tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programmes.
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, software, systems, testing and operations.
• Managing programme schedules, risks, dependencies and delivery priorities.
• Facilitating effective communication between technical teams, leadership and customers.
