PMO Technical Project Lead

Coventry, Hybrid

What you’ll do…

As a PMO Technical Project Lead, you will play a key role leading the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our battery cell manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be managing the delivery of technical manufacturing projects on our Gigafactory programmes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also manage risk, change, reporting, and timing for your project.

Reporting to the Manager of Process Engineering Programmes, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing detailed schedules for manufacturing projects, including equipment installation, production trials, and factory commissioning.
• Creating budgets for manufacturing projects, including machinery procurement and engineering resources, and monitoring expenditures against budgets.
• Managing scope changes during project delivery, assessing their impact on timelines and budgets, and driving clear decisions.
