About The Role:
The Technical Project Manager at Walr will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Full-Service Projects for clients. We seek someone who thrives on ownership, excels in fast-paced settings, and collaborates directly with clients—making decisions that ensure exceptional satisfaction.
This role involves project ownership, serving as the primary technical expert and guide for clients who require flexibility, guidance, and top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management, acting as the main contact from initiation through data delivery.
- Manage and oversee all project elements, ensuring quality and responsibility.
- Become a regional expert in the Walr platform, promoting our solutions.
- Ensure execution aligns with standards and success metrics.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Manage budgets effectively and support bidding activities.
- Mentor team members, fostering knowledge sharing.
- Advise clients on Walr technology and address challenges proactively.
- Escalate issues appropriately, maintaining a strong understanding of our services.
Desired Experience:
- At least 5 years in market research.
- Experience with scripting platforms like Forsta or similar.
- Understanding of data workflows and collection lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SPSS.
- Experience in questionnaire design and logic.
- Proven project management or scripting experience in similar environments.
- Experience with global clients in fast-moving sectors.
- Knowledge of sampling and field practices is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Slack, etc.
- Strong project management, communication, and administrative skills.
- Technical acumen.
