Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to deliver highly technical IS or OT initiatives from conception to completion. The role covers leading technical teams, stakeholder communications and coaching, while navigating regulations and third-party contracts to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will champion change management, drive adoption of new technical solutions and strive for sustained benefit realisation through collaboration and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Prince2, APM or Scrum Master.
• Significant experience in technical project management and IT/OT delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, databases, system architecture and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of technical projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project initiation, definition and scoping translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and approve business cases, manage risks and control change processes.
• Lead technical teams, manage resources, ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Champion change management and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Ensure smooth handover to business-as-usual teams and support continuous improvement.
