We are hiring a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. The role involves working with technical architects, developers, and stakeholders to design and implement systems such as ECM, IDP, RPA, and secure data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience leading complex integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Your role in our mission

• Translate business needs into technical solutions by developing detailed design documents based on requirements.
• Coordinate projects by defining timelines, estimating effort, managing scope, and allocating resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Oversee Agile processes, manage backlogs, and coordinate sprints.
• Ensure quality through thorough testing, validation, and security compliance.
• Support solution engineering and presales with reusable models and reference architectures.

Valued skills and experience

• Experience in solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery with modern and legacy technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD; understanding of cloud/on-prem infrastructure and security.
• Proven project delivery experience with ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath), scanning platforms (e.g., Kofax), and automation tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and RUP, with ability to manage hybrid environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, present solutions, and communicate effectively across global teams.
