About The Role:

The Technical Project Manager at Walr is crucial in planning, executing, and delivering Full-Service Projects for our clients. We seek someone who thrives on ownership, excels in fast-paced environments, and collaborates directly with clients—someone empowered to make decisions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

This role involves project ownership and serving as a single point of expertise, providing guidance, flexibility, and technical excellence to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, acting as the main contact from initiation to data delivery.
• Manage and oversee all elements of high-complexity projects, both internally and externally.
• Become a regional expert in the Walr platform, promoting our proprietary solutions.
• Ensure high-quality execution aligned with standards and success metrics.
• Implement process improvements and best practices across workflows.
• Manage project budgets and handle invoicing efficiently.
• Support bidding processes and provide recommendations to the account team.
• Mentor team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Advise clients on Walr technology and address potential challenges proactively.
• Escalate issues appropriately and maintain a strong understanding of Walr’s services.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in market research industry.
• Experience with scripting platforms like Forsta or similar.
• Understanding of data workflows and collection lifecycle.
• Knowledge of SPSS, questionnaire design, and logic.
• Proven project management or scripting experience.
• Experience with global clients in fast-moving sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, and similar tools.
