Job Summary

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our clients’ digital transformation workstreams. You will work with Tier 1 clients across various industries, managing engagement and acting as the primary contact for product and project matters. Your role includes supporting clients with their web ecosystem roadmap while ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, covering new web builds and ongoing support.

Using a mix of traditional project management and agile skills, you will adopt appropriate delivery methods to ensure high-quality outcomes. The role is hybrid, requiring a couple of days in our Kensington office, London, with occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage relationships with customers and partners, facilitating all project ceremonies and workshops.
  2. Understand client roadmaps, delivering value through web-based projects including CMS (Drupal), SaaS platforms (Laravel), UX, and service design, considering SEO, CRO, accessibility, and performance.
  3. Manage scope, costs, and timelines, collaborating with the PMO team for resource alignment.
  4. Maintain risk registers and monitor delivery progress, adhering to ISO standards for quality and security.
  5. Collaborate with sales and client services to identify new opportunities, participate in pre-sales activities, and review scope of work documents.
  6. Participate in the delivery community, sharing best practices and supporting process improvements.

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will have a proactive attitude, passion for UX and web technology, and a commitment to continuous learning. Requirements include:

  1. Experience delivering web projects for government agencies or similar, following gov.uk standards.
  2. Experience with web CMS (Drupal or equivalent) and web application platforms (Laravel or equivalent).
  3. Proficiency in managing software workstreams within an agile environment.
  4. Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Commercial awareness including budgeting, risk management, and forecasting.
  6. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams with clear communication and collaboration.

Due to industry requirements, candidates must be British citizens and have lived in the UK for the past 5 years to obtain security clearance.
