Qualifications

• Starker Hintergrund in der Bauleitung und Projektmanagement.
• Idealerweise APM, MCIOB oder MRICS qualifiziert.

Your new role

Your new role as Construction Project Manager will require you to oversee a mixture of capital construction works with values ranging from £4m to £40m.

This client-side position will require you to develop a brief and manage all subsequent RIBA stages through to completion and handover.

To succeed, you will need a strong background and ideally will be APM, MCIOB, or MRICS qualified.
