Are you a detail-oriented project manager who excels at driving technology projects forward? Join our IT team as a Technical Project Manager, where you'll lead the successful planning, execution and completion of a wide range of technology-related projects across Kiwa UK. This role is key to bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project outcomes align with strategic goals. This is a remote UK role with occasional travel.

This role is key to bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project outcomes align with strategic goals. This is a remote UK role with occasional travel.

About The Role

  • Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects across business units
  • Support the development of project governance and dashboard reporting
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project execution
  • Track and manage project progress, timelines, scope, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align objectives and expectations
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure technical standards are met
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a project analyst, business analyst or technical support role
  • Project management qualification (Prince2, APM PMQ, PMP) (Desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple dependencies and project risks
  • Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation

What can you expect from us in return?

  • £55,000 per annum
  • Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
  • 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, UK remote role, with occasional travel to our Business Units
