About The Role
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects across business units
- Support the development of project governance and dashboard reporting
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project execution
- Track and manage project progress, timelines, scope, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align objectives and expectations
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure technical standards are met
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Conduct post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a project analyst, business analyst or technical support role
- Project management qualification (Prince2, APM PMQ, PMP) (Desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple dependencies and project risks
- Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Experience with risk management and mitigation
What can you expect from us in return?
- £55,000 per annum
- Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, UK remote role, with occasional travel to our Business Units
