Job summary

MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks a Technical Project Manager to organize and manage client projects with a focus on delivering quality on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams including designers, UX architects, solution architects and developers.

You will bring 4+ years of marketing cloud experience (Braze, AEP or Salesforce), plus strong data modelling and architectural understanding, and proven Agile delivery skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures and complex technical solutions.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate business language into technical language.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage key client projects to ensure quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensure configurators and developers operate with minimal administrative overhead and proper follow-up.

What will your day look like?

In the role as our new Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and managing key client projects. Your job is to ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Controlling the analysis phase
• Developing project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Securing that our configurators and developers is free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
• Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating your colleagues in their day-to-day tasks.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinating Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, Solution Architects and Developers. In addition, you have:

• 4+ years of experience with either; Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation
• A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills, enabling you to translate "business language" into technical language.
