Job summary

VML, a global creative company, seeks a Technical Project Manager to organize and manage critical client projects. You will ensure high quality, on-time delivery within budget, coordinating between project managers, designers, UX architects, solution architects and developers.

You will bring 4+ years in Braze/AEP/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM or marketing automation experience, and strong communication to translate business needs into technical language. Hybrid working in London is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with either Braze, AEP or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, SOA, and layered architectures.
• Experience with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills, translating business to technical language.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage key client projects to ensure quality, on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensure configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead and follow up.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders across the project network.
