This is a great Project Manager opportunity to join an entrepreneur-led, innovation-fuelled business that’s rewriting the future of the global nutraceutical industry.

We are working with an extremely innovative and ambitious world leading manufacturer of

vitamins and supplements, a true Lincolnshire success story, who are on the hunt for a Project Manager to work on engineering related projects.

Founded in 2004, our client is an award-winning industry leader in the full-service nutraceutical supply sector, specialising in the manufacture of premium-quality Tablets, Capsules, Gummies, Softgels and Powder Blends.

With a forward-thinking approach and a clear vision to shape the future of nutraceuticals through innovation, quality, and collaboration, the business fosters a culture built around shared success and continuous improvement.

The Project Manager role is a pivotal position within the Business Innovation Team, responsible for leading and delivering innovation projects across the business.

You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of high-impact initiatives focused on the company’s diverse nutraceutical product range.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving change, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects meet quality, budget, and time expectations.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in project management, business management, or a related discipline (ideal)
Ideally certified in one or more of the following: PRINCE2, APM, PMI, PMP, CAPM, CSM, IAPM
Proven experience in managing projects within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment
Practical understanding of resource and budget management
Confidence in using project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office software
A proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
