Job description

Technical Program Manager - Audible, AI Research

Job ID: 10528965 | Amazon Development Centre (London) Limited - C26

Want to turn cutting-edge generative AI into experiences that reach customers at massive scale — and see your work ship, not sit in a research paper? Our team builds and operates the production platform that takes state-of-the-art generative models all the way to real, customer‑facing products, and we're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to help push the state of the art.
We own the systems that turn advanced models into high‑quality, delightful output for customers. Our platform spans both real‑time, low‑latency generation — results in a customer's hands within seconds — and large‑scale offline pipelines that produce content at massive volume.
Real customer impact — what we build ships directly to customers today.
Cutting‑edge AI — large generative models served on GPU fleets, plus large language models that analyze and enrich content before it's generated.
Serious engineering breadth — low‑latency streaming services, GPU model inference, and large‑scale distributed batch processing, all on AWS (ECS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3).
A roadmap you'll help shape — expanding into new capabilities, new languages, and richer, more controllable generation.
