A notable non-profit organization seeks a Technical Program Associate to manage technology implementation in cash delivery operations. The role involves overseeing program launches, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with data standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments. This fully remote role encourages applications from individuals with backgrounds in low-income communities.
GiveDirectly (GD) reshapes international giving by providing cash grants directly to the world’s poorest. We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations. The Technical Program Associate will own technology aspects of new program launches, manage implementations across stakeholders, and analyze data to improve program delivery.
