Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Manufacturing Key Operative - Technical to join our production team. You will optimise machine performance, ensure health and safety, food safety and hygiene standards, and deliver high-quality products to customers.

You'll conduct machine set ups and calibrations, monitor machinery, and contribute to continuous improvement through data review and KPI analysis, supporting proactive maintenance and root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment with machinery.
• Understanding of mechanical/electrical maintenance principles.
• Strong root-cause analysis and KPI understanding.

Responsibilities
