Morrisons is hiring a Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine to join our production team. You will run the production line, perform system setups and calibration, and ensure orders are fulfilled in a safe, efficient and hygienic setting.

The role emphasizes maximizing equipment effectiveness, reducing waste and downtime, and contributing to quality products for customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for development and progression within Morrisons.

Qualifications

• Ideally has previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
• Physically active and able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Run the production line and ensure orders are met.
• Conduct system setups and calibration to maintain quality.
• Aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway.
• Work in a fast paced, high-volume environment as part of a team.
