Job summary

InterSystems Corporation is seeking a Product Technical Specialist to design, develop and maintain the UKI Edition of the Core Product. You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enhancements, resolve defects, and implement technical improvements meeting regulatory requirements.

The role involves coding, technical design and release readiness within an Agile Scrum framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development with emphasis on scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ability to translate business and clinical requirements into robust designs.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis and data migration techniques.
• Strong documentation and technical specification skills.
• Familiarity with web technologies and system integration concepts.
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments and backlog refinement.
• Ability to estimate technical effort and manage sprint commitments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with InterSystems technologies (TrakCare/HealthShare) and healthcare data standards.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIE, REST APIs and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain UKI Edition of Core Product for regional needs.
• Analyze enhancement requests and defects to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Produce technical specifications and ensure compliance with architecture and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Support release readiness and contribute to automated testing.
• Investigate issues and provide robust resolutions for complex defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with sprint goals.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
