Job summary

Leo Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join its expanding technology team in the life sciences sector. You will own prioritisation at the intersection of Product, Business and Engineering, translating complex requirements into deliverable solutions.

You'll be technically fluent, comfortable discussing APIs, data models and system behaviour with Developers, and you will make value-based decisions on features, technical improvements and defects.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product backlog and delivering value-based solutions.
• Strong Agile experience with Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is groomed and ready for sprint planning.
• Prioritise features, improvements and defects based on business value.
• Work with senior stakeholders to balance priorities and make trade-offs.
• Review and accept work against agreed criteria and Definition of Done.
