Job summary

System C, a health and care technology provider in the UK, is seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver market-leading solutions. You will translate customer needs into valuable product outcomes and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage the product backlog, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, support release planning, and collaborate with Engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role.
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Experience using lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
• Translate requirements into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and business priorities.
• Support release planning and define key product features.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and set sprint goals.
• Monitor delivery against agreed release plans.
• Support customer engagement activities, demonstrations, and show-and-tell sessions.
• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Contribute to go-to-market and product launch activities.
• Develop deep product and domain expertise.
