Job summary

RS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a procurement platform used by employees, procurement teams and finance stakeholders. This role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams in an agile environment, delivering measurable business value and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Digital Product Delivery.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, or enterprise workflow platforms is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise applications with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and product management best practices.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Purchasing Manager platform redesign and redevelopment.
• Align product priorities with company objectives and efficiency targets.
• Identify market trends and best practices in procurement and spend optimization.
• Develop business cases and support investments prioritisation based on value and risk.
• Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, GTM and data teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews and product demonstrations.
• Ensure solutions meet user needs while balancing feasibility, scalability and compliance.
