Job summary

Xapien is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the data sources, research engine integrations, and APIs that embed our AI due diligence platform into customer workflows. You will translate technical needs into a roadmap for commercial teams and enterprise customers, working closely with engineers to prioritise problems and deliver end-to-end value.

• Experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Ability to read API docs and discuss with engineers.
• Track record shipping technical features end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own your product area end-to-end, framing problems and delivering quality releases.
• Lead discovery via customer interviews, usage data and market research.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support and Commercial teams.
• Own product metrics and balance user value with commercial value.
